Maintaining our leg strength as we get older is essential for longevity. If we cannot move efficiently, our health rapidly deteriorates. Rebound speed focus on keeping the legs strong and powerful for health; as well as, performance.
Not all players are gifted with athleticism. However, we can use scientific principles to help build a players’ speed & power, enabling them to compete at a higher level on the court or simply for your general health and well-being.
